“Called heston locksmiths and they sent a person from keys4less. The website gives an estimate of £40-70 max, but we were forced to pay £160 for a 2 second job. The locksmith said he doesnt understand english and was yelling outside the house. Just took advantage of the situation even though we requested for a nominal charge keeping in mind it took 2 minutes to open the lock.. will never recommend or use this company again.”
