“Great service. They were ready and available in emergency. The other ones I called either didnt pick up, or were closed! It was monday morning before 8am when I got locked out...
The guy was on site within half an hour. He was really quick. They offerred me a discount to reduce the price over the phone, but I noticed upon payment took the full price, not the locksmith, bur the oayment team over the phone. Its not a sticking point I guess, but it stood out. Otherwise, lifesaver as and when I needed it.”

“The locksmith used a screwdriver and WD40 to allegedly repair the lock which he was unable to do. He also used a hammer on the door destroying the lock mechanism at the top. He left the door in a worse condition than when he arrived. He had to be called back because the door wouldn't shut and still won't lock. He quoted me £360 for a new lock which I rejected. I now have another locksmith at the house to carry out the necessary work the cost for which (including the full mechanism) is half that figure. I feel the £70 I paid to you was money wasted.”

“ROB, The service--man was great. He sussed the problem quickly, noting that the lock that I thought needed to be replaced was fine ... it has life-time guarantee. The problem was with the door itself. Over the years, the front door to the flat had warped making it impossible to open with the key. He reset the door itself and solved the problem. Good work. Very pleased. Mr. Soul”
