“The locksmith used a screwdriver and WD40 to allegedly repair the lock which he was unable to do. He also used a hammer on the door destroying the lock mechanism at the top. He left the door in a worse condition than when he arrived. He had to be called back because the door wouldn't shut and still won't lock. He quoted me £360 for a new lock which I rejected. I now have another locksmith at the house to carry out the necessary work the cost for which (including the full mechanism) is half that figure. I feel the £70 I paid to you was money wasted.”

“Extremely expensive... the open the door with a piece of plastic card.... less than 5 min... didn’t use any tool and charge me £70.... I think they shoul have diferente charges depending on the services!
Can imagine how Much money they make in a day if they get £70 in a 5 min job.. could do that myself.... shame”
