“Technician came and got me in quickly , no issues with the job he did. Had been given tele no by relative who googled it for me , thought local co. The cost though seems very high after later browsing the other firms in the area. My Insurance Co confirmed this, for one lock mid afternoon.”

“Left the flat in a rush and left the keys inside, on a Sunday... Called another service first who said unfortunately they could only come the next day. Called Keys4U afterwards and they only asked for the address before stating "someone will be there in 30 minutes", and indeed they were.
The operative asked a couple of basic questions about the lock and then informed of us of the price of the simple procedure, the first he'd try. We agreed to go ahead and the door was open in about 5 seconds. Though it was hard to part with £70 for a service that took only a few seconds, the important thing is that we weren't left out of our house on a Sunday, nor did we have to wait long, and the door was undamaged.”
