“The after sales team were very polite, helpful and professional. My garden chairs had to be replaced but there was no problem with this. Everything from the first phone call to Kettler and the delivery of new chairs and collection of the old was done quickly and I was kept informed at all times when delivery was to take place. I feel Kettler give exceptional service.”

“Our warranty claim was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. All the staff we came into contact with either by telephone or email couldn’t have been more helpful or courteous. We would have no hesitation in purchasing from Kettler again in the future. It is good to know that there are still companies out there who believe in customer care. Thank you”

“I had a problem with a metal chair, I had bought, as a set, almost 5 years ago. Kettler came back to me straight away to resolve this. Unfortunately, they didn’t make that set anymore so let me chose an alternative. They delivered on a day of my choosing. I now have four new chairs. Excellent customer service, thank you.”

“Purchased an expensive Panalsol locally. The frame was delivered direct from Kettler, I unpacked it to assemble it a few days later and was extremely disappointed to find several of the frame parts were badly rusty. The paintwork was pimply in a number of places, obviously rusty prior to painting, and several areas just rusty. Returned it, and now have a replacement, which was ok,”
