“We have unfortunately experienced problems of rusting with not one, but two sets of garden chairs. However Kettler have exchanged both faulty sets for free. Hopefully the third set will outlast their 5 years guarantee”

“We had a problem with one of our recently purchased patio chairs. I rang about this and the person at the other end of the phone could not have been more helpful. The chair was replaced within a week. First class service.”

“No quibble acceptance of warranty claim by Nikki. Replacement chairs delivered to holiday home and old chairs removed on schedule. Hope the new ones last a lot longer!”
