“I have had Kettler furniture for years and have never had any issues. Great quality products. My last order of 3 garden lights had 1 light missing. This is not Kettler but TNT who only delivered 1 of 2 boxes. Still waiting for box 2”

“Very good quality garden cushions bought to replace others I’ve had years. Parasol sturdy easy to open and shower proof so much better than competitors we looked at. Just wish we could get round back cushions. Stock seems low and not easy to get more if needed at a later date. Delivery quick and well packed.”

“Fantastic well made products and super easy to assemble. The quality is fantastic. I bought a very large corner sofa and side table set, as well as two loungers. I wasn’t sure about purchasing the white aluminium set at first, but then decided that the cushions which were advertised as mouse grey, were more likely to go with my surroundings as I have a vast light coloured patio. The cushions, in fact, are exactly as I had been wanting - a pale warm stone/taupe colour and look so stylish. I already had a cover to protect it and just as well, as we’ve had some storms recently. I would recommend purchasing a cover. It’s still new, so I don’t know how well it’ll fare, but my guess is it’ll be very durable. It also arrived in a matter of days!”

“Bought items on line which was fine and delivery was scheduled. Missed the delivery as no time slot given on the day. Ch old not get hold of TNT / FEDEX to rearrange delivery do I think you need to look at that as the delivery let you down for me - otherwise excellent!”

“You did ship me the incorrect Elba bench sofas - but the manner in which you have handled this has been first class - thank you. Outside of this all has been incredibly easy as well. Also the quality of the furniture has been first class - I was concerned about the installation but it was relatively easy.”

“I bought the 3 by 4 metre parasol. It is beautifully engineered. The only thing I don’t understand is the central speaker/light system. For me, it’s superfluous and would have preferred it to have been an optional extra. Also, it seems that you have to remove the system each time you close the parasol which is a faff. Overall, I am very happy with the product and am looking forward to some sun!”

“Kettler Palma Day Bed. From ordering to delivery was very quick. Delivery partner placed it where I wanted it and were very pleasant. Nice to be able to buy something that doesn’t need to have some kind of assembly once it arrives. Only downside was that a bolt was missing from the centre armrest/table. I contacted aftersales and sent a picture of an identical bolt. Kettler identified it and sent me a bolt by first class post the next day. I also purchased the rain cover and with the incessant rain and very strong winds I think that was a good idea. The cover has vents on the sides which allows the wind to escape and stops the cover ballooning and trying to fly away. Excellent product and service, thank you Kettler.”
