“Bought a 4ft RHS bench today. Top back split as soon as I put the screw in and the screw holes underneath at one end didn't line up so I had to redrill them. Disappointing.”

“They replaced the faulty furniture swiftly, with no fuss. However, as this is the second time these items have developed faults, taking us outside the initial 5-year warranty, they have told us this is a goodwill gesture, and we cannot have a further replacement. Seems fair enough!”

“I just wanted to let you know I received my replacement table and chairs yesterday, all received in perfect condition. I can’t tell you how pleased I am to see them on our patio with no rust, the garden set looks beautiful. I also want to thank you personally for your excellent customer service and understanding. You recognised there was a fault and dealt with replacing the set without hesitation. Both yourself and Kettler as a company have restored my faith in giving fantastic customer service, which unfortunately is seldom seen nowadays.
