I ordered a Kettler double cocoon swing seat from Dawsons department store in clitheroe which was in stock. I had to wait a few weeks for delivery due to covid which was quite understandable, however, when I unpacked the box there were support structure parts missing which meant I couldn't assemble it. After contacting Dawsons , they said they couldn't get in touch by phone with kettler but would send them and email which they then forwarded on to me. After waiting over a week for a response I also emailed kettler to try to find out if they were dealing with it and a further two weeks later I still have heard nothing. Dawsons are contacting them again but I think it is extremely poor service to not even acknowledge a customer or even a store when there is a problem clearly caused by the manufacturer themselves.What is the point of them telling you to send emails which they don't answer? Im running out of patience with this company and would think carefully before ordering their products again. Good customer service speaks volumes about a company, but so does bad. Buyer beware!

Avoid this company was promised delivery today by claire on the 3 /6/2020 going to ask from money back promises promise

The worst product/brand I've ever used. We have a Rico M elliptical machine and it is the single loudest thing in the whole house. It creaks, squeaks, screams in agony whenever you use it and generally feels like it's going to break at any moment. It is also impossible to fix. Generally you can access pivot points in a Elliptical machine so you can lubricate them. But Kettler makes most of them inaccessible, probably in the hopes you'll give up fixing it and buy a new one. Even after attempting to disassemble, lubricate, re-tighten and reassemble; it continues to be the loudest thing known to existence. It's so loud that it even drowns out music coming from my headphones. These are definitely very poor quality products, and I have to assume all Kettler products are amongst the same lines.

This product is awful cannot feel the heat from 10 inches away. Sadly got rid of the box so cannot return. Do not buy!!!

Medium storage box Instructions hopeless as don't tell vital get ends in certain way or lid struts wont fit Diagrams don't match components as delivered A definite don't buy

Replacement took months to come and when it arrived it was damaged. I've sent emails and spoken via phone about it and have had nothing back to acknowledge the problem.

Twice failed to deliver table tennis table, both times cancelled on the day. First time due to delivery service van issue, second time due to damaged product. Contacted customer service today but no response. Kids will now not have Xmas present and will have to go through pain of getting money back and ordering from somewhere else. Very disappointing experience.

Most things. Delayed initial delivery. Defective product, unable to just replace the table - whole set replaced when not needed- very wasteful. During this replacement, multiple collection / delivery errors. Days off work and hours wasted waiting for theses failed deliveries. All in all took 7 months to finally rectify but now winter so can’t even use the garden furniture.....!

Bought the Elba table and benches in April 2019, but the original shipment had no tables so it finally arrived in July. When it arrived the table was rushed and looked awful... Drip marks, wonky leg, wood not sanded and a different colour to the benches. I found out today (october) that it will not be resolved until February 2020 at the earliest. This cost over £1200 and is so disappointing. 3rd party seller can't tell me anything and Kettler have never reached out to discuss.

We purchased the Cortona garden furniture set at the end of last year. We soon discovered that the chairs, although heavy, are unstable and easily fall backwards in moderate winds. In order to avoid damaging the chairs and our property we have had to weight them down. The problem has been reported to Kettler but they refuse to acknowledge this. We would be interested to know if anyone else has had this issue with the Cortona chairs?

Send the wrong replacement after waiting for nearly 5 weeks. Still waiting to receive the CORRECT item, but nobody can give me an exact date when I can expect this. Diabolical communication. Very poor customer service, would have expected better from a German company.

I have not reviewed as already advised I was sent the incorrect cover despite ordering the correct cover, ours is the more oblong pit but the cover is for a more square pit. Have also now emailed twice to rectify but no one has got back to me. Please contact me ASAP.

For something that was meant to be rust proof I'm on my 3rd table and 2nd set of chairs in 2yrs. I'm pleased with the way that warranty claim was handled but very disappointed in the quality of the product.

We ordered the Palma Corner set which arrived with a bent leg, after contacting Customer services a replacement was sent 2 weeks later which I asked to be checked prior delivery, only to find this 2nd replacement was also damaged. It had not been checked as promised by Customer Services.. It took another 2 weeks to arrange a 3rd replacement which was checked prior despatch and arrived in perfect condition. I accept that damage can occur in transit but I don't think its much to ask that at the 2nd attempt they would check before despatch but no Customer Services could not be bothered. The person I emailed had no sense of urgency at all to put things right, I only live 2 hours from the Kettler site but it took a further 2 weeks before a 3rd delivery was made. The Customer Service was dreadful, they show no interest in going that little extra step to sort things out, " were not in your area for 2 weeks so you'll have to wait if your not happy speak to where you bought it from for a refund" was the response from the Lady in Customer Services.. The furniture may be of good quality but Kettler are very poor and if I were you I would not touch them with a Barge Pole. Thou I would like to note that Wayne who came direct from Kettler with the 3rd delivery was exceptional, very friendly and understanding unlike any of his colleagues that I had the miss fortune to deal with. We are all sorted now but I wish I'd never heard of Kettler. .
