No tools to construct the Kettler exercise bike. Also construction is quite difficult. There is no thought in the design of this bike and its assembly by the client. I can not recommend this bike.

Garden furniture has really really starting looking shoddy! Note the paint peeling on my garden table and the discolouration of the arm of the chair. Barely 36 months old. Really really disappointed.

I am not impressed by a company that asks me to review a product that I've yet to receive. The item is showing 'in stock' on your website so why has my order not been fulfilled? I preordered a month ago and have had no communication at all as to when this will (or won't) be delivered. I have also e-mailed but received no response.

We weten looking for garden furniture that was nog Made in China, but in Europa. All the information gave us the idee Kessler garden chairs are made in Germany. For example, Hartman is very clear about Made in China. Kessler is not! We are dissapointed!! Be transparant!!!

Very poor customer service in the George Street Warehouse store. Staff did not inform me when my requested furniture was in stock.

Extremely disappointed with our table. Less than 5 years old and the surface paint is flaking off in huge patches with rust developing on the underside. We keep it fully protected by a substantial waterproof cover during the late autumn and winter months, so it ought to be able to withstand the weather that it is exposed to during the rest of the year. And of course, it's now out of what was a ridiculously short warranty period for such an expensive piece of furniture. I certainly would not purchase Kettler products in future.

Bought from John Lewis, arrived damaged, no response to my reports. Shipped directly from Kettler. Kettler fail to respond to emails amd phone calls. There appears to be no way of getting help if there is a delivery issue.

Cocoon swinging chair developed rust at the welded joints on the base and its only just been delivered. Less than a month and has been covered with a kettler rain cover. Product is being advertised as aluminium when in fact it’s made of steel, hence the fact that it’s rusting already. Poor quality preparation and poor welding resulting in rough welds and therefore lack of powder coating protection. Advertisement is misleading saying aluminium when it’s steel. Very disappointing.

Chairs have developed a rough surface (Rust?) When visitors sit on them their clothes become 'hitched'. The table is perfect! It is a shame as it is a compact little set, so easy to fold and store

Very poor customer service from their sales department. I requested via a contact form some basic product details which weren’t given on the product page on their website. Their response was to look at the website. In response I specifically asked for the detail again pointing out that it wasn’t featured on the website. Kettler’s second response was a screen shot of the product page. After this they’ve failed to respond to my third contact with them and therefore I’ve decided to purchase from one of their competitors. If Kettler keep up this level of service they’ll lose more customers.

Purchased our Kettler "Mini Palma" corner suite and on the first use our two glasses that were on the table melted the surface. Following our subsequent complaint we were informed that the table is "not designed to be used in sunlight with glasses without a cover" - a ridiculous flaw for a garden table! We have now been forced to buy replacement slates from Kettler's and will need to use a tablecloth every time we use the table. Be aware of this serious design flaw if considering buying Kettler products.

I purchased a Kettler Treadmill 18 months ago. I am pleased enough with the equipment. However the after sales support is appalling. I phoned Kettler two weeks ago to ask for a service, I was passed to a second party who passed my details on to a third party. Over a week passed and I heard absolutely nothing so I phoned again, I was spoken to curtly about how busy they were and once again they promised that I would be contacted. Again I heard nothing. I phoned for a third time and spoke to a person who was rather too tired to bother with me, I explained I would be writing this review, he sighed and said he would try and contact an engineer. Tomorrow I will be contacting a private company as it seems Kettler can’t be bothered to service your machines after they have sold you one.

We are still waiting for a replacement Palma slatted table top to arrive. It was only ordered at the end of July but I suppose you can't rush these things. Promised August, promised September, promised October but yep - still waiting for it to arrive. Kettler were the go to brand years ago, I wished I listened to my wife and bough a generic rattan set instead of spending 2 grand on this rubbish.

Spent a fortune on table and chairs. Was told to place mats on table as sun can melt table. Did use coasters but sun still melted my new table. Not acceptable from a piece of outdoor furniture. I had only had it two weeks. Do I have to use plastic beakers then? Slow and unsatisfactory response from Kettler. This was in june this year. Still waiting!

We bought a Kettler Paĺma set and from the first day of use it has been a disaster. On a not particularly hot day the table top melted within seconds when sunlight went through a wine glass. It subsequently melted again several times, although the glasses were on coasters. The cushions also burn from sunlight travelling through glasses on the table and hitting the cushions. How Kettler can sell products for use outside, specifically for warm weather, that are so chronically unsuitable for the purpose is almost criminal. They are unusable. Absolutely disgusted. They've said they will replace the table but how long is this going to take? Still to contact them re the cushions, but shockingly poor quality I predict Kettler will go out of business, given the high number of very poor reviews.
