Bought a lovely set of kettle garden furniture last year. It was expensive so we bought Kettler covers for each item, sofa, bench, table and two chairs. These were also very expensive but we wanted to protect the furniture so went for Kettler’s. We’ve only used them through one winter and they look awful, they have faded terribly, they are different shades of patchy grey now. The bench cover is now turquoise even though all the covers were grey to start with. They already have holes in and obviously won’t last many more years! I always thought Kettler was a good brand, how wrong was I!!!!

It would be nice to actually receive the parts I have ordered and STILL waiting for so how I can rate you at the moment is not very good as I’m still waiting and not even an email to say they have even been dispatched?

However, I have been assured that you have since spoken with Dan in Customer Services who has resolved the issues and rescheduled delivery for you. We are very sorry that you have had issues with the delivery and hope that you enjoy many years of use from your table tennis table when this arrives.

Zero interest in ensuring a positive customer experience. Product is just dumped by delivery company and then it is up to the customer to find a company who can assemble due to product being so heavy I am not able to do this. I am a woman on my own and was really looking forward to receiving my new table tennis table but now I need to pay another company to come and assemble. Really very disappointing given the amount paid.

We are sorry to read of your dissatisfaction with your purchase, Hilbre as we would want all of our customers to be excited to receive their products. We do state at the point of order that delivery with our couriers is a kerbside delivery only, so we are sorry that you must not have seen that. The product does require assembly however, the comprehensive assembly instructions should allow this to be done fairly swiftly. We truly hope that once assembled you can enjoy many years of use from the table, and we will ensure that you get a call this afternoon from the team to discuss any further points that you wish to raise.

We have not recieved our order as there was sn issue with the vehicle. Do they only have 1 vehicle?

This is The second set of covers I Have brought for The Parma corner sofa and Table ,The first set tore after two years very easily in the he wind ,They we’re Expensive to buy and Ment to be Frost and weather free .But the material rotted outside very quickly

I bought the medium aluminium garden container which cost £450 so I expected a quality product but, when delivered, it was damaged in 2 places one of which made it unusable. When I informed Kettler they said that I had to repack the old one for collection and wait for a new one. This involved me being at home on 2 separate occasions. The new one arrived but the hydraulic struts would not collapse to allow the lid to close. I was told by Kettler to wait a couple of days for them to 'warm up' which I did but it made no difference. I now use the storage box without the struts as I cannot be bothered to deal with Kettler again. No apology and no offer of compensation.

You should not have to alter your product to be able to use it, this is clearly an issue with the item you have received. The table hasn't been built yet but I had to email Kettler to complain about the delivery as it was shocking. The table tennis box was open and ripped down the front, as they tipped the box a lot of the contents fell out which they scooped up and shoved back in. As they'd parked in the middle of the village road they left the box propped against the fence at the bottom of the driveway, I mentioned there was only me and could they help to which they replied they have blocked the road and have to go, so unsure if all parts are there, didn't realise I had to build the table but can't comment on what this involves. We have used the outdoor 1 on holiday and it was brilliant, so fingers crossed all the bits are there and its easy to assemble as this is a Christmas gift.

Awful company. Agreed my item was faulty - failed across 6 months to replace, now awaiting refund without any luck. Sadly not able to recommend this company.

I’ve had to replace my LAMODE resin table twice now waiting for my new LAMODE table which is now metal was meant to be delivered today but they have lost it 😡😡😡😡 probably the worst garden furniture in the world the weave on the chairs are coming apart now awful furniture I wish in never bought this furniture the guarantee has just run on the chairs to 😭

Unfortunately our couriers were having some technical difficulties in their warehouses which resulted in you having a prolonged delivery. We understand it that after a successful weekend delivery, you now have your new table and the faulty one has been collected from you. It is a real shame that you have experienced issues with your LaMode set and we would like to see if we can help. We purchased the Palma wooden top table which bubbles if a glass is put on it. We use coasters but this isn’t good enough you have to use bigger mats or a table cloth which ruins the look of the table. Love the seating though.

Purchased 2no aluminium sideboards the quality of the fabrication is so poor. Bolts do not fit properly. Doors do not close evenly and there is no adjustablement as the hinges are riveted in place.damaged shelves. And the retail price is £650.00 each. Kettler should be ashamed of producing an overpriced product that looks shoddy and cheap when assembled, if you managed to assemble it with the manufactured misalignment between bolt holes that makes it nigh impossible. Shameful.

You’ve asked me to review this product which is really a bit of a joke as I ordered this product months ago and I’m still waiting for it to arrive!!! Makes it rather difficult to review if I haven’t even received it!!!!

Purchased chairs via a garden centre. After less than a year, the coating cracked and chairs started to rust (staining the patio btw) contacted the garden centre which said it isn't their problem but will raise issue with Kettler as chairs (set parasol, table and chairs) were still under warranty. It has been many moons ago. Now in August I have heard nothing apart from a message in July that containers of goods are coming from China and are delayed 😰 Who can help me!??

Purchased Caredo table, chairs and parasol. Quick and well packaged delivery. You can judge a company/product on how well it deals with something not right. Week after reporting some self assembly parts missing still not arrived so cannot assemble.

Hi everyone if your thinking of buying kettler don't expect any help if anything goes wrong, the top of our table has melted and the customer service team don't want to help and have tried to put us off, after numerous mails and phone calls to them and seeking advice from citizens advise they have agreed to replacing the top but not until January 2022 very poor customer service.
