“Really disappointing. We ordered a parasol in the sale which arrived without a base. In the small print under details (so not clear at all) it states that the base isn’t included. When we tried to order the base it was unavailable and would not be in stock again rendering the parasol useless. Why sell the parasol if the base to match isn’t available?”

“I went directly to kettler to purchase covers for our outdoor furniture as it didn’t come with them when we bought it and carrying all the cushions in and out each time we used it was a bit of a faff.Excellent friendly member of staff took the order for the settee and said she would reserve the chair covers for us when they came back in stock. It arrived promptly and fits like a glove. Brilliantly.”

“I had a mechanical problem with my Kettler recliner and contacted their Warrenty department. Kat made the process so easy to have a replacement sent out and the faulty one returned. She arranged everything and kept in touch throughout the whole process. I was initially disappointed that the product had failed as had purchased Kettler quality product not expecting any problems but the disappointment was forgotten when they sorted it so promptly, well done Warrenty department.”

“Initially very pleased with efficiency of processing order and delivery date. However, the delivery itself was atrocious. I understood it to be a kerb delivery. I did not think that meant the lorry would park at the kerb and refuse to take off the goods as 'not his job'. Ultimately, I had to arrange for 3 x neighbours to climb onto the lorry and manually remove the goods ourselves (large and heavy) Driver did nothing just said he clould not get pallet off the lorry. he didnt even try and he made no effort to lower the back to make things easier. So many issues here....”
