“I bought a Kettler product from Stoves our Us (garden table and four chairs). When I raised a complaint about a flaw in the table it was dealt with promptly and with no quibbling by both Stoves our Us and Kettler. I am very happy with the table and chairs and highly recommend Kettler.”

“I bought this last year. I love the the style. The product I can not fault. Strong sturdy. Does what it says you can keep the sun out. Or open the roof up for sunshine. It's breathable stops some wind chill. Depends where you have it. So I love it great to enjoy with the family. I can not put a photo up I'm putting accessories round. Fake decor .”

“I recently purchased the Elba 6 person corner suite with coffee table , and it is fair to say I think it's indeed value for money , cushions very plush I may add ; so very comfortable overall a 5 star rating. Furthermore service for Kettler excellent and would definitely recommend the company, in addition to this delivery was on point. One very happy customer .”

“I’m saddened to say that I can’t share such a positive opinion of Kettler furniture as many others have had. We have a mesh six seater table and chairs, a four seater, twin set and a bench. All of these have rusted very quickly tarnished/rusted. Most were purchased in 2020. Kettler did replace some of these pieces whilst they were within warranty but the advice we have been given now has been to remove all the rust with a wire brush, clean, treat and repaint all of the above items. I would like to say that my experience with customer service department has always been a good one. They have been very quick to respond even if the reply, for me at this time has been a disappointing one.”

“Ordered a Charlbury lounge set and a Charlbury corner set at a total cost of £2500. The corner set is supplied with two clips to hold the seats together yet it requires three. When I contacted customer service, I was told that there were none in stock until January and I would need to pay for the item when available. Customer service ? What a joke. Try supplying the set with the required number of clips in the first place.”
