“Kettler products are good quality and we have a metal set in Iron Grey which does not need covering in Winter which is great. Also it has the mesh seat so we don't need huge cushions for which we have no space!! So a good product. However, after 5 years or so some of the paint is chipping and flaking so needs touhcing up. I ordered 2 touch up pens, and finally after a month I received them. It seems the order wasn't processed twice, and one of the emails described the paint as end caps which I replied to very quickly so I didn't get end caps delivered!!”

“Web site clear and ordering easy. Customer service on query made about a previous bought product good. Delivery of patio set bought on this occasion was as promised. I was surprised that the items when unpackaged bore a different manufacturers label. The chairs required partial assembly (4 screws each). All fittings were properly packaged and supplied. On each chair three of the screws went straight in, but the fourth, in the same position on each chair, was hard to fit as the threaded receiving hole was slightly mis-aligned. This defect was evident even when the other screws were removed and the questionable one fitted first. This assembly was eventually managed with the assistance of two other persons. The comfort was good, and the pieces seemed of a good finish. I have been on holiday since the day after delivery so they have been stored indoors. If the finish is as good as previous purchases then ask should be well”

“I felt a spray would be much more helpful than a nail varnish bottle of paint with a tiny brush. Doesn't leave a nice smooth finish and quite expensive paying for bottles rather than the paint.”

“Excellent products and spare parts readily available. I have owned a patio set for over ten years and the quality of the set is still in very good condition. Certainly would not purchase a replacement from anyone else.”

“I am delighted to have this opportunity to review the cantilever parasol I purchased from Kettler. I was amazed how quickly it arrived and the delivery team were polite and helpful. The parasol was easy to assemble, although the instructions could have been more clearly written. The base needs four bags of sand, which I got from B and Q for just under £5 a bag. Once you add the water, the base is not going anywhere. The parasol is easy to operate and the metal rod in the parasol cover makes it easy to place on and remove - no need for a ladder. Whilst the parasol is said to be shower proof, we had a sudden down pour for twenty minutes and no rain came through the parasol. The LED lights produce a nice atmosphere at night and my children loved the speaker. Over-all I rate this product very highly and consider it excellent value for money.”
