Novera sun lounger arrived promptly. One of the wheels didn't click in place and I have had to order a new locking device for the wheel at an extra cost of £5. Also the back of the lounger is very heavy to raise up from lowest position with the arms.

We bought the RHS branded wicker garden furniture set which is great but sadly, and inconveniently, no cover is available for the coffee table which required us to purchase this elsewhere.

I was sent the wrong item however the lady i dealt with at Kettler was very apologetic & arranged the quickest delivery she could re picking up the item for return & the replacement. On the whole i was very happy with the product i ordered.

Great customer service when i spoke to them after ordering the wrong cover for my table. Very helpful and advised how to return the wrong item and sent me the link of the correct item. Great quality products and their customer service is aligned thank you.

The Elba table for 6 and chairs are lovely & hopefully will give us good service for many years to come. We did have to send a chair back as when we unpacked them initislly there was a manufacturing defect. A replacement chair has been delivered today. I have used the recommended Kettler grey finish on all woodwork to help maximise the life and will treat it every 6 months as recommended.

I have not yet used the paint to retouch my metal patio chairs which are now getting on for 20 years old. I am sure it will be fine but can I use this opportunity to comment on the Charlbury garden set and bespoke covers we recently bought? We are delighted with the furniture and, in general, the covers, but while the ties for the chair covers are easy to use and effective, those on the sofa cover, which for some reason are a different configuration, are barely fit for purpose. I am not sure if it is down to a design fault or poor workmanship, but when we attempt to tighten them they tend to pull out and have to be rethreaded which is a painfully slow process. Hence the loss of a star!

Kettles off an excellent range of garden furniture and accessories that would suit most gardens. Products are well made but disappointed that furniture arrived without some of the fixings - otherwise it would have been five stars

We ordered the white wash with grey cushions from our local garden centre(Whitehall Garden Centre, Whitchurch, Bristol). We chose Kettler as we felt this was a well known quality design. Very happy with the design of this compact garden set… BUT… not so happy with after sales service! Within a few weeks (& little use) noticed that one of the chair seat cushions has a hole along one of the seams in the cushion. Contacted our local garden centre where purchase was made, sent photographic evidence & they have liaised with Kettler. We were told a replacement cover would be sent to us. Happy with this…until we have now been told that NO cover available until JANUARY 2023! VERY VERY poor after sales care. It was quite an investment for us, purchase made after LOTS of research. Confidence in Kettler now not great.

General quality seems good, however, some of the screw holes did not align with associated parts or the blind holes they were either too deep where you lost the toggle nut or they were full of gash wood shavings. This is not what I expected of the quality of the table at this expensive price. In addition, I was surprised to find there was no facility on the tabletop for the location of an umbrella pole.

We love our kettler palma corner sofa and fire pit. We went for whitewash with grey-taupe cushions. The only problem is that in the sun, the cushions get so hot you literally can’t sit on them and you can feel the heat radiating from them. The only way we can sit on them is to cover them with throws!! Disappointed that we have to hide the lovely sofa under throws.

Unfortunately, the Table Tennis Table arrived in a number of polythene bags. We had expected it to have been more assembled, it was not easy to construct. One part failed on the first use. Customer service were very helpful and supplied a replacement part promptly. The next time we used it, it jammed. Kettler sent out two engineers who rectified all of our construction errors and the table has been good since. So we are now satisfied with the product.

I think the products are very good but when I ordered some replacement footways online I expected a confirmation email. I did not receive any communication about purchase or delivery but there could possibly be a good explanation why!
