“Fantastic table and although not the easiest to build, once you have done so (approx 4-5 hours), you will be delighted with the result”

“Easy to order and quick delivery. But only part of the order was packed and sent. The delivery note had the two items I ordered listed. I had to phone and ask for the second item. How ever the person I spoke to was very good.”

“The table ONCE assembled is a lovely table, However, assembly is time-consuming, and realistically takes 2 people 3 LONG hours, Also at one stage needs 3 of you. Updates on delivery are very good too. However the delivery was not too good, Arrived early and spoke very little English, to say the least, The box was banged and thrown about and everything was loose inside and damaged. Think you need to look at the delivery company that you are using, Could do better here cause it's the only thing that let the whole process down.”

“I like the chairs and table very much. However, I was not able to buy the Novero footstool/table at the same time which I wanted to use with the multi-position chair. I also wanted to buy the grey cushions for the Novero chair and stool and the grey covers for the two Savita chairs”

“Product great, customer service came across as ' im dealing with so many other queries im not listening to exactly what your actually saying' real shame as now i'll use alternative products. This is a shame as i spent £2400 on Kettler outdoor furniture & i would have appreciated more moral support”

“Delivery when stated , not when I would have chosen , didn’t get a choice . Tried rearrange date , didn’t get a choice , product is ok , hard to make a consensus yet as only had it few days . Will know after summer whether it fades or snaps in that time”

“Good product - quality feel - very sturdy - only drawback is the size of the base, maybe this could be communicated better - as it is very large and takes up a bit of space - I realise the need for sturdy base weighted down but the base is large”

“Love the garden furniture, comfortable, stylish, and well built. The furniture covers on the other hand are a different story, ours only lasted 2 years which is disappointing, I expected better, especially for the price. I wish the 3 year guarantee was extended to the covers not just the furniture.”

“Delivery prompt. Only had cover on a week but fits well enough. A side zip or Velcro fastening would make it easier for a person to get on by themselves. Much better than the green flimsy cover that came with the table and disintegrated.”

“We have now erected our Henley patio table and have two comments: 1. The bolt holes in the legs and the threaded studs under the table top were overpainted and we had to clean them up running an M6 tap and die down the threads. As most people wouldn't have these tools this should really have been done at the factory. 2. The intermediate frame to which the legs are screwed has a nice little "Up" arrow stuck on it. We started to assemble the table with this facing up (towards the table top) before finding that it was exactly wrong! Reassembling the table with the "Up" pointing "Down" did the trick. Otherwise the table is very nice. We were annoyed initially to be quoted an additional delivery charge of over £100 but thank Abi for sorting it out. Otherwise 5-star service.”
