We contacted Kettler to report that two of our garden chairs had started to rust. As they were still under warranty Kettler replaced them once we sent photographs of the rust. We were very happy with their service and response.

Our Kettler garden furniture products came with a 5 year guarantee. We had to make a claim after 4 and a half years and Kettler could not have been more helpful. Great customer service and thoroughly recommended. Would certainly buy from them again.

When I had a problem with a chair which was rusting under, and splitting the powder coating surface, the chair was exchanged quickly. Well done Kettler.

We have purchased several pieces of Kettler furniture in the past, and when one item began to show rust, Kettler was very prompt in arranging a replacement. Excellent service throughout.

Our claim for replacement chairs soon before the 5 year warranty expired was handled very efficiently by the Kettler staff, in conjunction with the department store we originally purchased the furniture from.. We were very pleased with the service and outcome on our claim.

A sign of a good company is how they handle a customer complaints and warranty claims. My warranty claim was handled quickly, and professionally. The replacement chairs arrived a few days after the claim was processed. I was very happy with the service I received. I have purchased Kettler products in the past and would not hesitate to recommend them and purchase them in the future. There are only a couple of areas I could suggest for improvement. 1. I had trouble registering the claim on your website. I filled in the online form but did not get any confirmation. I eventually telephoned and was given an email address to send the claim details to. 2. I would have be good to get a tracking number from the courier so you could have gone on line and arranged for the parcel to be let in a safe place before they attempted delivery. I was only able to do this after the courier left a card because we were not in to take delivery. Overall I am very pleased with the service. Thank You Robert

Kettler have honoured their warranty on two occasions. They delivered when they said they would and I’m now enjoying the replacement table and chair set. Very happy 😃

One of the chairs from my Kettler garden furniture had a few rust spots on. It was just out of the warranty period so spoke to Kettler and after sending them a photograph and proof of purchase, without hesitation, they sent me a new one. A1 customer service. Well done
