“Table sent with two right halves. Arranged drop off and pickup of the new/old table, unfortunately the driver had no note to pickup and so had to rearrange another pickup date.”

“Some time back i purchased Kettler chairs and tables for my garden and had a rust problem (which must be bad luck as my neighbors have them and they are still in good condition at 15-20 years old) I filled in the the warranty form and received a call back to say could I send pictures ,which i did and received 10 new chairs as replacements,without too much fuss. I highly recommend Kettler as we can always get problems with things we buy. but don't always get such excellent service. Thanks to the staff at Kettler, not forgetting the initial help from Waterside Garden Center, Bourne.”

“We had an issue with our garden furniture purchased two years ago, the coating was chipping off in various places of the chair arms. As we had purchased it over two years ago the retailer (John Lewis) directed us to the Kettler website to register our problem. Photos were sent & within days we received replacements for all the faulty chairs. No great drama, our photos told the story and we were able to deal with a specific person about our problem. Very impressed indeed - good work Kettler!”
