“Great service my table top developed a stain sent in pictures new top delivered straight away. No hassle. faults happen and kettle rectified it with helpful staff and great service will buy more stuff from kettle just because of the service. Thankyou to all the staff that helped me.”

“Warranty claim four years into a five year guarantee. Chairs replaced without question and when I mentioned some damage caused by a friend to the table, that was replaced a well.. Absolutely wonderful and generous after sales service and I would happily recommend Kettler products to my friends.”

“I purchased an large outside round mesh table 5 years ago and when cleaning it I noticed rust areas developing on the underside. Although just outside of the warranty period by a couple of months, Kettler replaced the table without question. There warranty service is excellent. Thank you”

“Got full set, table, chairs, pads, parasol - and two recliners. After 3 yrs the recliners rusted around the hinge area. Fault readily accepted by Kettler, and replaced promptly. Very pleased.”

“Resolved my issue. Technically I was just out of the 5 year period. They asked me to try lubricating it with stuff I hadn’t tried. Unfortunately this did not work so they replaced the item.”
