“We are very pleased with our beautiful bi-fold doors supplied by Kettell. Phil went to great lengths in his preparation work , fitting a lintel, to match existing bricks and mortar. He worked tidily and with great professionalism, likewise the plasterer Darren also did a very neat job, taking a great pride in his work, all things which helped to make an overall excellent job. The whole fitting team team were professional and courteous at all times. At the end of the fitting the whole build area was cleaned up and tidy. Thank-you also Lisa on your very good communication, sorting out minor issues efficiently, which is so important. Would definitely recommend.”

“Can’t fault Kettell Windows at all, from the original quote right down to the excellent fitting by Ben. We would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and service. Two doors replaced, one as a composite and the other PVC.”

Thank you for the great review. We work hard as a full team to deliver the service across the board so I am pleased to read we have delivered against this. The door looks great, we love the classic colour & knocker choice! Thanks again the Kettell Team

“Everything from start to finish has been handled with the utmost professionalism, and the team have been so friendly, approachable and helpful through the process. There were a couple of issues with the windows that needed rectifying, but the team were quick to point them out and address them, and replacement parts were on order straight away. I will definitely use them again in the future”

Thank you Cherine, always helps us to do our job well when we have lovely customers too! The Roseview sash windows our one of our favourites to install as they look so sympathetic to the original wooden windows, so we are very pleased to hear you think so too! Lisa

“I encountered problems with fixing a date in advance for the fitting. I was offered 3 appointments at very short notice, none of which were possible for me. I would have preferred being given a date with at least a week to 10 days notice. The work itself was excellent and all visiting staff have been the same. Extremely pleased with the window.”

Thank you for your review. I can see from the extensive notes that you had been unwell for the original install dates, so pleased that you are well recovered now. Because of this you would have been on our priority list to fit you back in the plan as soon as you were ready so this will have been why you were offered our short notice dates. Please feel free though to share if you wanted more notice. You did share which days worked best & we could have accommodated a request for more notice also. We often work to fixed dates for customers carrying out other work or workign around their professions, such as teaching. We are pleased to hear you were happy with the end product! Many thanks Lisa Kettell

“We are very pleased with our Evolution windows - although an expensive option compared to more basic choices, the quality and look sit far better with our period property - and also with the excellent fitment by Kettell. A relatively large job, with 22 windows to be fitted to our exacting standards, the Kettell team were very patient and resolved any issues as they arose - including relaying some of our old brick window sills, foregoing trim pieces, avoiding reliance on silicon, and making sure that everything sat well and in keeping with the property. Overall a sensitive, quality installation by a great team that has enhanced the house.”
