I encountered problems with fixing a date in advance for the fitting. I was offered 3 appointments at very short notice, none of which were possible for me. I would have preferred being given a date with at least a week to 10 days notice. The work itself was excellent and all visiting staff have been the same. Extremely pleased with the window.
