“Absolutely fabulous service. Extremely professional job and happily for us, very flexible with arrangements. Everybody who was involved in each part of the new windows/patio workforce was friendly, dedicated and exceptional workers. The windows (and patio) look amazing, thank you.”

“Excellent product, quality fitting, great value for money, outstanding service with wonderful communication. I couldnt fault a single thing from order, advice, technical knowledge to fitting and amazing after sales service. Nothing was too much trouble. We have used Kettell before and are very happy with our doors and windows. I wouldnt hesitate in using them agin or recommending them to family and friends.”

“As always Kettell delivers! Good technical survey before. Great installation- Will was friendly and very efficient and helpful. And very good after sales care. One problem I had was swiftly and effectively dealt with and immediatley recrified. So an excellent firm with a great boss who keeps on top of everything. I could not recommendmore highly”

“The journey from start to completion has been amazing. It was a very hard decision to replace our original Victorian sash bay window. But thanks to Ben, Will, Phil and Jack you have dome an brilliant job. Thanks for your patience and appreciated the time they took to replace windows which look fantastic. “Fantastic customer service all round from Kettell. Our experience with Lisa in the showroom was great. Really informative and they even had colouring books to entertain the kids. Communication in the run up to the install was regular and clear, we always knew where we stood. Most importantly, we love our new front door. Highly recommend. Thanks Team Kettell.”

“Excellent service from Kettell’s, from enquiry to fitting, everyone was so friendly and helpful with no pressure at all. Great range of doors, type of glass, fittings etc…, to choose from. “I was recommended to Kettell by a neighbour who recently changed their front door. We were in a a hurry to get the job done, because our front door had completely broken and was being held shut with a tie wrap! Kettell did everything possible to get our new door installed as soon as they could, which I was so appreciative of. The new door looks great and is exactly what I wanted and on top of all that, they are a local company too.”

“From initial enquiry through survey to installation and a query afterwards, the service was excellent. All staff were polite, cheerful and helpful, particularly Jack who installed the door. He encountered a problem, but resolved it very well. My new door looks fantastic and I would not hesitate to use Kettell again and will be recommending them to others.”
