“Received an item that was not packaged properly and damaged and I phoned and asked to return it and get a refund. The company acted promptly and returned my money after sending the item back. Highly recommend this company for they are very professional in proving outstanding customer service and customer satisfaction. Will purchase items in the future.”

“I was pleased to find the pole hedge trimmer both at a very competitive price and then have it delivered quickly. The 'order status' on the web site was not particularly helpful in that each time I checked it just showed 'processing', but now I know about that it's not really an issue.”
