I am very disappointed with the heater. It is very difficult to light, even though I follow the instructions to the letter. I have now been using it for more than two weeks and when I have gone out in the morning the pilot light has been out almost every morning. I bought the heater to try to ensure a more even temperature but this has not worked.

I have already completed a review, but here goes again. The low voltage bulges I bought from you were a much brighter colour and the bulb blew within a couple of days. I will need to purchase them again but from hose lock. I also left a voice mail complaining but no one got back to me

Difficult to comment on the smoker as we have had no contact regarding delivery since receiving the order confirmation and money taken out of my bank account 3 weeks ago.

Upon recieving my propagator the box and lid was damaged. Two cracks in the lid. Sent an email but got no reply.

Dear Denis, Thank you for your review, having looked through our customer service records from enquiries sent to us using the online contact form as well as all active email addresses we have, unfortunately we have not received any e-mails from yourself regarding the issue with your propogator arriving with a damaged lid, had we received this e-mail then of course we would have replied and got this resolved for you, please advise what address this e-mail was sent to as I would like to look into the reason why we have not received your email. I have tried contacting you by phone this morning unfortunately there has not been an answer, I will e-mail you seperately to give you a full update on how this will be resolved for you. I still haven't got what I ordered. Obviously their website is not showing when items are out of stock. They took my money though. Should take it when goods are dispatched.

Ordered and paid for a strummer. Didn't get it next day as promised but got a full refund instead - no communication, no explanation, just a refund to Paypal which took 7 days for the funds to clear. Not sure what happened but they could at least have communicated!

Purchased Weber BBQ on a Friday while it was on special offer and in stock. On the following Wednesday, telephoned to chase up delivery only to be told we would not be getting BBQ as it was no longer available. Had to pay extra to get exact same offer from alternative supplier for £10 more. This company delivered at the exact time and day quoted at time of purchase, also offered tracking of parcel. Would NEVER use keen gardner again.

Dear David, I am sorry to hear about the problems experienced with your order and disappointed to hear that you would never use us again. I have checked with my colleagues in customer service who advised us that there was an error on our systems which led us to showing the item you ordered item which had been discontinued to be available on our site, we corrected this at our earliest opportunity. your order was placed on Friday evening and an email notifying you of the problem sent Monday morning. Please accept our apologies we dhall review our processes to ensure this does not happen again.

Goods ordered 13th May. Email on 14th May said "slight delay" but that order would be despatched in 3-5 days. It's now 15 days since goods were ordered and I'm still waiting. for them to arrive. In many years of online purchasing this is by far my worst experience.

The goods were received within 48 hours of ordering with delivery free. The price I paid was the best I could find on line and I shall certainly look to this company should I require any further gardening supplies.

I ordered an item, received a confirmation of this, credit card was alerted, only to receive another e-mail telling me that the item was out of stock. Why couldn't this have been told when the order was first put Very poor stock control or something
