Thank you for your review and order dating back to January however in the interests of openess we believe our customers who will be reading this review should see your reasoning behind your comment. You purchased a Bosch Aquatak 33-11 Pressure Washer from us, after a month you contacted us to advise that you had damaged a part of the unit by stretching the hose and pulling the unit over and you claimed the unit was not fit for purpose. We advised correctly that the warranty does not cover accidental damage on the unit and we would be unable to replace or repair and that spare parts are available to purchase. The CE approval and volume of these products sold without issue give a clear indication the product is fit for purpose. As this was not the response you wished for you proceeded to label us as "lying, lacking in inderstanding or stupid". We try to help all of our customers and will always process any genuine warranty claims for defective products but do not cover accidental damage, this is more a matter for your insurance company. Delayed delivery with no communication, complained about it and had no reply, complained again, still no reply, gave up, item eventually delivered.

Poor service. Item was not dispatched and left in warehouse for a week despite chasing. Cancelled and bought elsewhere cheaper.

Ordered and paid for a pair of boots online. Over a week later, they refund my money and say that they don't have them! Said they tried to contact me but they didn't. When I checked their site after this, the boots are still on their site and my size is shown as available. Poor and I won't be ordering or looking at their site again.

Do not purchase goods from this company, pay a few pounds more and go elsewhere. I recently purchased a blagdon midi pond filter, the delivery was quick but on opening the box it was very badly damaged, they sent me a replacement which also was delivered quickly, but again on opening the box the metal mesh tray was twisted, and rather than to cause any more bother I am managing with my old one, Will not be ordering again from this company.

Hi Gilbert, I am really sorry to hear that you so unhappy with our service, this is a very strongly worded review for an issue we are first hearing about now and not not had any chance to get the matter resolved for you. We are of course happy to get resolved for you as before in a prompt fashion with minimal hassle to yourself, just call our customer service team when convenient and this will be arranged.

I keep getting requests to review an item that I have never received, Blackbird Nesting Box I ordered this item 8/4/2016 and to date 30/4/2016 I have still not received the item which leaves me to assume that the Blackbird must be making it himself. Today I have requested to cancel the long awaited item for a full refund.

I have not received the item I ordered after about 3 weeks even though the money has been taken from my credit card. The company did not contact me to tell me it would be delayed, I had to contact them. They said that it would be another 7-10 days. That is today but I have had no communication from them and no sign of the item. I understand that sometimes a company is waiting for stock but in that event they should contact the outstanding customers and advise them accordingly. Very poor.

Ordered a Char-Broil BBQ cover 3 weeks ago and still no delivery yet the money has left my account, emailed to question and told should be delivered Friday which is 4 weeks after order. :-(
