Purchased Weber BBQ on a Friday while it was on special offer and in stock. On the following Wednesday, telephoned to chase up delivery only to be told we would not be getting BBQ as it was no longer available. Had to pay extra to get exact same offer from alternative supplier for £10 more. This company delivered at the exact time and day quoted at time of purchase, also offered tracking of parcel.
Would NEVER use keen gardner again.
