I have not received the item I ordered after about 3 weeks even though the money has been taken from my credit card. The company did not contact me to tell me it would be delayed, I had to contact them. They said that it would be another 7-10 days. That is today but I have had no communication from them and no sign of the item. I understand that sometimes a company is waiting for stock but in that event they should contact the outstanding customers and advise them accordingly.
Very poor.
