“This is the first time I ordered I received the order in very bad situation because they didn’t but it in cartoon box like other auxiliary website.I am very disappointed.”

Hi Nuha As discussed on email we are sorry the box was damaged, this has been caused whilst it was in transit with our courier. We have already reached out as we would like to make a claim for this damage and also compensate you a little due to the issue

“Ordered outfit for my child’s Christmas Day clothes online. Turns out they never had the outfit I ordered, however, I had already paid by card. Didn’t receive the money back until after Christmas.”

Hi I am sorry the money never arrived till after xmas, our banking partners advise payments can take from 2-5 days to go back to a customers account depending on the banks they use.
