“The only thing I was unhappy with was the credit card charges. I didn’t really want to pay through Pay Pal as don’t think the security is as good but this was the only realistic option.”

Hello Karen, Thanks for your feedback, regrettably these charges were set by PayPal not by kate & tom's. However, due to the new legislation, there are no longer fees charged for processing credit cards so this would not be a problem in the future! “Helpful and efficient replies to email queries. The only issue was that the administration fee was not mentioned on the website, so this additional payment came as a bit of a surprise. I pointed this out and was advised that it would be amended for future customers, sadly I still had to pay the fee.”

“The Kate & Tom's team are incredibly helpful, and no question is too much for them to answer. I would love to have emails in a thread, rather than separate every time, but it's honestly a very small thing compared to the great service I received.”
