“Beautiful properties but it would be great if we could get through to someone on the phone and not wait 48 hours for a reply on email, but I appreciate in the current COVID times this might not be easy for Kate & Tom's”

“I did have issues with your communications throughout lock down. Not withstanding COVID many other service companies with staff working from home managed to keep their comms up to scratch. I even sent a letter to your MD complaining but got no reply. In the end my daughters posted notes on twitter and facebook and that got your attention. Through frustration I contacted the owner and we bypassed Kate and Toms and got 1st class treatment.”

“Excellent service during the booking process, deposit and final payment reminders and pre stay. Regular email contact throughout and contact with housekeeper prior to arrival to double check out requirements The hen party loved Hill House and it was certainly big enough for our party of 18 An issue with a shower during our stay was repaired by the handyman within 1 hour Security bond repaid within the given 7 day notice A well managed organisation”

“As a family group we would never go through Kate and Tom's again! They were slow to answer queries, very slow to respond to emails, but very QUICK to point out all the things you must not do at the house we booked - considering the price we were paying for the house it made us feel that we were walking on eggshells and couldn't fully enjoy our stay. The property - Ludbrooke Manor was lovely, they had put the Christmas decorations up and it was very festive - a few minor hiccups with the heating in one part of the house, and the hot tub - well - it wasn't! - but all in all a nice house marred by the admin services of Kate and Toms”

“We stayed at The Tythe Barn,WOW !!!! what an amazing place,everything was first class,the swimming pool and games rooms kept us all very happy,the barn is very spacious, our ages were 69 down to 4 years , thank you to all the staff at Kate and Toms and we shall all back,Paul and Hazel.”

“The house we rented was exactly as described, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The booking process was straightforward and all questions were answered quickly. The welcome pack was a lovely touch, especially the homemade cake which was delicious. I will definitely be booking with them in future.”

“First class service. A beautiful house, furnished and decorated to match its stature. We were a family of 24 over 4 generations and everyone was catered for in the way the property was equipped. We wanted for nothing. The personal touches like individual bathrobes, hairdryer in each room etc went down well with the ladies, whilst the men made full use of the games room. The well equipped kitchen became the focal point of the house, as is so often the case, so if I had to make one suggestion for improvement, it would be to introduce a few more bar stools. We would definitely recommend Northridge Hall to anyone.”

“From making the original booking to when we arrived at the house everything ran like clockwork. Any questions I had were answered and I would definitely use Kate and Toms again - we are looking already for somewhere next Summer!!”

“Great facilities, perfectly presented, lovely environment and the Jurassic coast! We invited Dorset Fine Dining to feed us on the saturday - very impressed with the quality of the food and the service offered. Really enjoyable family stay.”

“Everything was thought of, making our stay so easy. The housekeeper was excellent and even bought us a new high chair so we could have three for our kids. The house was beautifully decorated, every detail had been thought of. The kitchen was well equipped and there was tonnes of kids cutlery. There was even a playroom for the kids with loads of toys and books appropriate for all ages. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. Thank you Kate & Tom's!”

“Overall, it was not considered good value for money. Very good aspects : location, number of rooms, beds, furnishings, Kitchen appliances, children's toys and books in main house. Would suggest the provision of a second TV in kitchen area and a full inventory of the extensive kitchen equipment included in the original documentation. Poor/unacceptable aspects: Cleanliness, inadequate Maintenance, numerous Safety Hazards. I will provide photographs and elaborate on the issues encountered. WiFi provision was totally inadequate for the number of people accommodated in the house using modern information technology.”
