“Kate & Toms were very efficient with the service provided. There was an indiscrepancy with the rental of the house plus annexe which was not made clear to us. The owner resolved this very quickly and was charming too so no problems.”

“Website was very clear, initial booking process took a little slower than I would've liked. Some details were to be updated once the money was paid but this never happened- so we had to forward emails between us to make sure the right person got the right info.”

“Initially very responsive but did become a little difficult to get responses from - but this was more a delay from the owners I believe but could have kept in touch more. One thing that was out of the ordinary was the large cautionary cash deposit they require a long time prior to arriving. I did not feel comfortable with providing a £1000 deposit weeks in advance.”

“The house was absolutely perfect for a large multi-generational group, with a mix of personalities! Plenty of space to be together or apart! Wonderfully located and very well appointed. Great to find a large house that really provides for a large number ..... endless glasses, 2 dishwashers, huge dining table and even outdoor seating for everyone. As always, the Kate & Toms office staff were brilliant and booking and questions handled professionally and speedily. Brett, the house manager was an absolute star! Minor problems dealt with promptly and nothing too much trouble. Looking for an excuse to make a return trip!”

“Kate and Tom's web site was very good and generally the response to enquiries was good. A few issues where they did not respond quickly and changes to payment conditions not communicated. Would probably use again.”

“The process of getting in etc was v straight forward However, there were some hiccups with the original booking process which took several phone calls and emails to actually book us in which was frustrating at the time”
