“Kate and Toms were efficient but clearly were just the agent. I would have wished they had answer a simple request when we booked the property. No phone call and very little contact. There was a fabulous house keeper who made the whole experience easy and answered all questions for us.”

“We were able to find a house in the dates we wanted that accepted dogs and that had a decent sized pool. Booking the property was easy and we had plenty of reminders & information before we went on the holiday.”

“Good choice of properties to suit all sizes and types. Difficult for client to work out where K&T responsibility ends and property manager's begins. Don't like emails coming out unreadable in solid black.”

“I may be over critical, however I think the customer service could be improved. This is a premium service with a price tag to match and you don't always feel you are receiving the best level of service.”
