“enjoyed the stay, Kate and Tom staff very helpful and efficient”

“Communication, paperwork, responding promptly to questions and keeping us in touch were all excellent. However, we felt that the property vetting process needed to be more rigorous to pick up the points we have highlighted in the Beechgrove feedback. The photographs on the website were not a true reflection of the standard of the house.”

“A very good website with great selection of properties on offer. I had a few communication problems doing th booking but all queries were dealt with politely and sorted out. PLease don't use the black background for emails--very hard to read(or I found it so) Many thanks for good service”

“Great house with very flexible group spaces . Weather was great and we were able to eat outside much of the time . Well equipped kitchen .”

“Very good communication, instant replies. The web page showing Lamper Head had not been updated recently and still showed the old floor plan. The treatment room is now a bedroom.”

“Fabulous property. Furnished to a high standard with everything you need for a weekend away. Only 30 minutes walk from the town centre or a short taxi ride. It would benefit from a downstairs loo as there are only really two bathrooms that are accessible (3rd is an Ensuite on the 3rd floor). Kate and tom’s made everything really easy, would definitely use again!”
