“Kate & Tom's have a lovely website that's easy to navigate. Collecting houses that have a very high standard of design and finish without being too expensive. You know the properties have been carefully picked to ensure a certain quality. The customer support was very good.”

“The house needs better internet. It could not be reached anywhere other than the kitchen. The bathrooms need renovating and are of a basic standard.”

“The house was just perfect for our celebration - the only thing as an extra we had outside caterers come in on the Saturday night. All the ones listed on the site wouldn't help or never replied - we found a local company called Brown Goose who were wonderful - they were brilliant and we'd suggest you add them to your list of suggested suppliers for outside catering. The house was wonderful, clean and plenty of space to cater for all 30 of us! My husband had a 40th birthday to remember!”

“The Old Rectory is stunningly beautiful and a perfect venue for a large party to get together and enjoy themselves. The dining room is spectacular and the views across the garden to Conwy are breathtaking. Bedrooms were lovely and everything was attractively furnished. The games room was a bit disappointing (very small with table football and air hockey crammed in) but would be ok for small kids, the movie room was a big hit though! We are already planning our next visit. It's great.”

“The booking was fairly straight forward and we secured the house we wanted although we did book almost a year in advance. Despite advising that this was a repeat booking to the same house at the same time of year (New Years) I still received the standard email back telling me all about the house. No acknowledgement that I was a repeat customer, bearing in mind I am booking on behalf of 22 people so this is not a small booking. The first query I sent to my contact from the booking the year before to ask availability was answered so I made another query via the website. A couple of mistakes were made when quotes were sent through which led to subsequent emails to clarify dates, number of nights and the price. A query about which night we could start our stay from from was unanswered for a week and I had to prompt and answer with another email.”
