“Reece and George delivered our range cooker this morning. They rang me 15 minutes before they were due to arrive and turned up promptly as promised. From the start I found them polite, professional and, despite a tight turn in the hallway, just got on with removing our old range and installing our new without fuss or bother. They certainly demonstrated a 'can do' attitude calmly and efficiently. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thanks guys, you were great!”

“Kim and Leon attended my house today and installed a new LG TV. I have to tell you they were first class and installed it with everything working as it should, really nice guys, know their stuff and were top end. Thanks for sending them. Kind regards. Peter Walton”

“TOTALLY UNHELPFUL ! I paid £50 extra for delivery. Fridge Freezer delivery with 2 men. Refused to carry the Fridge up steps yet their office had confirmed the day before that they would be happy to do this. Said it was "too heavy", "nearly 200KG" it actually weighed nearer 100KG ... surely they new this prior to arriving! Then said it was too far to carry! I said they could put it down to rest now and again. This however they said would "take them too long". One of the chaps then said they could "take the doors off because they are heavy and carry it in parts" great! Then in the next breath he said "Can't do that ... that would be an instal and I'm not getting paid for an instal" !! They're supposed to be professionals !! Surely they should be prepared with a trolly for steps or suction handles to aid carrying. They ended up leaving it in my garage and I had to carry it round with the help of my son. Terrible ! Even says on your website "Whether Built-in or Freestanding, gas or electric, large or small, Kaboodle will take all the hassle away"”

“Steve & Steve did an excellent job of installing a replacement Miele built-in coffee machine. Unlike our old one the new machine had no facility to connect a warming drawer which could have caused a problem but the Steves found an unused spurred supply and connected the warming drawer to that. Phew !! Great job, thanks.”

“Steve and Steve arrived today in the time slot given and installed my Miele Coffee machine with care and efficiency. They protected my kitchen floor before taking the old machine out and bringing the new one in making sure it worked before they left and asked if I had any questions. I think it very much depends on who they send to do the installation unfortunately they are not all as professional as Steve and Steve.”

“I received my new dishwasher delivered and installed yesterday (11/12/19). Jason and Sean arrived on time, they removed the old appliance and installed the new one with no issues whatsoever, very polite, professional and efficient. Thanks to D&G for the prompt service and using an efficient company RJB who in turn use an extremely good third party supply and fit Kaboodle 😊”

“Jordan R and Dan Delivered our cooker today and were punctual, polite and extremely helpful to us with the installation. Brilliant professional attitude and nothing was a problem. They went out their way to help us get these cooker in for Christmas and we are extremely grateful for their effort. Top guys too. 5STAR!”

“Delivered on time, quick service and installed without any problem by Jordan R and Justin. Only downside was that the side panel was scratched slightly and had small dent, but when in position these did not show.”
