“Brad and Charlie installed our cooker today they were really polite shown us how to work things and set the clock on the cooker for us, they covered the floor where they were working, all the packaging on the appliance was taken off in the back of the van and no packaging left they were excellent, and respected our property, the oven works superbly,”

“Ashley from Kaboodle installed my new semi-integrated dishwasher. Gave me notice of expected arrival time and arrived promptly, Old machine removed quickly, new machine installed quickly and carefully. Ashley was polite, friendly, efficient, and worked tidily. He took great care to ensure all the seals were tight (no leaks) and the new machine fitted flush with the existing cabinets. Having seen some bad reviews of Kaboodle I was apprehensive, but there was no need. Ashley was excellent and I am very satisfied with the work,”

“Ryan and James replaced our washing machine with such care and consideration. They removed the old machine quickly and efficiently, changed the connection of our new washing machine from a plug to hard-wire it with no hassle. They even took the time to ensure the cupbard door fitted and lined up neatly with the worktop and units. They went above and beyond and their attention to detail was much appreciated!!”

“Mudeer and Nathan fitted a new fridge/freezer today. It was arranged through the manufacturer, so I didn't have a choice on who was sent to do the installation. These chaps were a delight: respectful, polite, tidy, courteous and friendly. The fridge/freezer is still settling so I'll tell you here if it doesn't work when I switch it on! If I do have to organise an installation myself, I'll be booking through Kaboodle. Thank you!”

“9th August - I am awaiting new integrated Washer Dryer (Order #2568397). I get a call about 40 minutes ahead of arrival. Having worked in retail up until 2004 (and delivered appliances myself) I was worried that a 1st floor flat removal of old and installation of new...was bound to cause some problem. Not so - just a simple tale of extremely good service. 2 guys who could not have been more helpful. They cradled appliance up the stairs and did everything so professionally. I had heard of Kaboodle via the occasional advert and can now say without any reservation that if they turn up on your delivery schedule for any appliances - no more worries. If you ask me in a year's time what I paid for delivery and installation I won't remember the exact cost - but I'll remember how seriously good their service was for many years. Thank you.”

“We purchased two separate AEG large integrated (built in) appliances. On both occasions, the installers were incredibly polite, helpful and very efficient. Now you must understand, as a Londoner, that’s just not something we get to say very often. Zero damage to anything, in and out before you know it. Whoever runs manpower at Kaboodle deserves recognition and praise for doing it right by hiring right.”
