The earliest slot I could book was 4 weeks away, after I'd waited 5 months for LG to agree to a return. No text/email in the days proceeding stating what time to expect them, communication was poor. Just praying they turn up at this point.

They made 5 visits destroyed a cabinet door. We had to replace ot at our cost. Finally attached the right door to the right dishwasher for it to be hanging off after 4 months. They only guarantee their work for 30 days so are not interested. Disgusting service. Comeback and fix your mess you cowboys !

We ordered our Miele dishwasher a week ago and the first day available is in 3 weeks. 4 weeks waiting for a £1000 dishwasher.

I don't know how they have so many good reviews here, I guess they probably only send the link to people after they have installed and presumably that usually goes well. However, in my case, they turned up once but didn't bother to call me and left, then missed their next delivery slot because of a shortage of engineers, then spent months trying to get confirmation on redelivery from Appliances Direct, then rearranged to another day and then missed it again. I've been trying to get this cooker installed since May and now they're saying there are no slots until January. I'll have to cancel the booking and order a new one. They've been genuinely terrible throughout, it's caused much more headache than it should and I am very annoyed about it

Kaboodle arrived on time with my Smeg fridge from John Lewis.The appliance in a box needed carrying 4 floors up a stairwell.Unfortunately driver and his assistant couldn’t find enough excuses not to help carry it and left it on the ground floor.Just lazy!

Waited over 2 weeks for delivery and installation. Incorrectly installed dishwasher, leaked in cupboards. Called immediately he returned and said dishwasher was faulty. Had to get manufacturer out, it was incorrectly installed by fitter and was not faulty. Your fitter also damaged plinths and myson heater front panel. I have sent photos of damage to your customer service team a week ago and have not received a response, also rang twice to chase up but no response.

Order #11194060 Appliances direct assured me my delivery would be about 5 days, 15th November. Kaboodle however gave me the nearest date as the 28th November. No helpful response from Appliences Direct for such a delay other than Kaboodle have had the appliance since the day after order! If my purchase does not arrive on the 28th all hell will be set loose!!!

The work was horrible. They just delivered a dishwasher from Miele. While trying to remove the old machine, they broke something and then left the new machine in the middle of the kitchen and departed. What terrible service! Two inexperienced young boys. This company's service is simply awful.

Our engineers discovered a leak in your existing pipework, and our policy prevents us from connecting to faulty water systems to avoid further damage. We advised you to seek an experienced plumber to replace the perished valve causing the leak. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

Probably one of the worse experiences of customer service I've seen in a long time! I'd arranged for someone to be there to accept the delivery but the driver turned up, didn't bother calling and drove off! He then wouldn't answer the phone, only sent text messages and his texts were awful - he couldn't give a damn. He was dishonest and incredibly sarcastic in his replies. Then, to add insult to injury I phone the office and they don't care either. They wash their hands of it, don't try and arrange a re-delivery and simply tell you to call Appliances Direct. Anyone considering using Kaboodle should go elsewhere. They have cost me time and expense.

Dear Customer, We apologize for any inconvenience caused with our customer service. We did call you one hour ahead of time and our engineer arrived at the scheduled appointment. However, the person you arranged to be at the property was not present, and after waiting for half an hour, our engineer had to proceed with other appointments. We regret any miscommunication and appreciate your understanding.

I’m sorry to say that Kaboodle haven’t lived up to their reputation as a premier appliance delivery and installation company. Firstly, they send me a text message about my delivery and ask questions about natural gas or LPG - I’ve purchased a Miele washing machine and tumble dryer and not a cooker! Then I’m offered a delivery date as long as it’s a Tuesday. I’m flexible, but Kaboodle clearly aren’t. I wouldn’t use Kaboodle out of preference, but clearly Miele do. My only solution is to cancel my order with Miele and use one of their approved distributors who are more flexible with delivery options.

*Do NOT trust this company to install* I bought a Miele Dishwasher on the 30th of November under the impression that it would be delivered and installed within 1 to maximum 2 weeks. It was organised through Kaboodle and when Miele delivered to them a few days after my purchase, I was told that they couldn't install until the 19th of December!! As there was nothing we could do, we waited patiently and washed everything by hand until the 19th of December when I called in the morning to confirm our appointment (and was told that we are booked in and it should be installed later that day). Great news! I have now received a call at 2:30pm by Imogen to tell me that the installation will not happen today AND WILL NOT BE DONE UNTIL AFTER CHRISTMAS!!! I asked why they couldn't deliver and install the following day and was told "because that would inconvenience other customers...". Well what about us? Are we not customers who have paid for this service? I was told that the installation guy is sick which I'm very sorry to hear but that doesn't excuse another 2 - 3 weeks of delay! Who will be installing the appliances tomorrow? Why can they not pay another technician extra to deliver on their confirmed orders when something like this happens? I wish I had never selected the installation option when I purchased my appliance. It would have saved me so much time. This company doesn't care about their customers and now our Christmas celebration will be affected because of it. The appliance will now be delivered without installation and I have to sort it out myself, thanks for nothing but wasted time Caboodle.

Paid £149.99 for installation and removal and recycling of old oven none of which was carried out was told I had ordered wrong oven it was too small it was built under should have been built in. Have been told one ordered could still have been connected but wasn't given choice one ordered never left van!!!Been told by Donaghy Bros oven still not returned to them so they cannot issue refund for oven so am on a lower all round. I want refund from you and Donaghy Bros or am taking this matter to the press

Kaboodle came five days ago to install an integrated freezer, when they left we found that when we closed the dishwasher door (two units away from the freezer) that the kickboard underneath the run of kitchen cupboards fell down, we put it back several times, but it continued to fall when the door was opened. I rang Kaboodle three times to ask when it could be rectified, but so far, no answer.

Terrible service provided without delivering my items as they did not have a stairclimber! Still am without our appliances. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Disgusting service from kaboodle , 2 grown men entered my property where i was caring for my 2 children and then caused damage to my floor , then hid the damage and cropped the waiver they got me to sign and lied to say i was signing to say they installed my cooker when really i was signing to say they caused damage to my property . When i complained to the company they were nothing but rude . Also one of the ovens not working within hours of installation. Yet to find out if this is an installation problem or something else .

Installation of fridge - they damaged the cupboard door hinge. 3 visits later with wrong hinge, they lost the spacer of hinge, I still have a hanging door. This is now one month later and I am still waiting . Will never use this company again.

Booked delivery for Monday as apperantly they only deliver on Mondays, called to make sure they'll turn up, arranged time off from work, arranged builder to be on site. Been told delivery postponed to the afternoon, called 3 time to make sure my delivery is still scheduled. It is now 5pm. Their office is closed, no sign of my delivery.

Driver told me he gets paid per job - upon speaking to him he had no interest in overcoming the central London parking difficulties to complete the install even though I have been without a fridge for 2 weeks. Had he called from the street then action could have been taken within a few minutes, instead he just told me he had moved on. The office staff appeared helpful though.
