9th August - I am awaiting new integrated Washer Dryer (Order #2568397). I get a call about 40 minutes ahead of arrival. Having worked in retail up until 2004 (and delivered appliances myself) I was worried that a 1st floor flat removal of old and installation of new...was bound to cause some problem. Not so - just a simple tale of extremely good service. 2 guys who could not have been more helpful. They cradled appliance up the stairs and did everything so professionally. I had heard of Kaboodle via the occasional advert and can now say without any reservation that if they turn up on your delivery schedule for any appliances - no more worries. If you ask me in a year's time what I paid for delivery and installation I won't remember the exact cost - but I'll remember how seriously good their service was for many years. Thank you.

The work was horrible. They just delivered a dishwasher from Miele. While trying to remove the old machine, they broke something and then left the new machine in the middle of the kitchen and departed. What terrible service! Two inexperienced young boys. This company's service is simply awful.

Dear M Sabet, We apologize for any inconvenience caused during the delivery of your Miele dishwasher. Our engineers discovered a leak in your existing pipework, and our policy prevents us from connecting to faulty water systems to avoid further damage. We advised you to seek an experienced plumber to replace the perished valve causing the leak. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

Probably one of the worse experiences of customer service I've seen in a long time! I'd arranged for someone to be there to accept the delivery but the driver turned up, didn't bother calling and drove off! He then wouldn't answer the phone, only sent text messages and his texts were awful - he couldn't give a damn. He was dishonest and incredibly sarcastic in his replies. Then, to add insult to injury I phone the office and they don't care either. They wash their hands of it, don't try and arrange a re-delivery and simply tell you to call Appliances Direct. Anyone considering using Kaboodle should go elsewhere. They have cost me time and expense.

Dear Customer, We apologize for any inconvenience caused with our customer service. We did call you one hour ahead of time and our engineer arrived at the scheduled appointment. However, the person you arranged to be at the property was not present, and after waiting for half an hour, our engineer had to proceed with other appointments. We regret any miscommunication and appreciate your understanding.

I’m sorry to say that Kaboodle haven’t lived up to their reputation as a premier appliance delivery and installation company. Firstly, they send me a text message about my delivery and ask questions about natural gas or LPG - I’ve purchased a Miele washing machine and tumble dryer and not a cooker! Then I’m offered a delivery date as long as it’s a Tuesday. I’m flexible, but Kaboodle clearly aren’t. I wouldn’t use Kaboodle out of preference, but clearly Miele do. My only solution is to cancel my order with Miele and use one of their approved distributors who are more flexible with delivery options.

We purchased two separate AEG large integrated (built in) appliances. On both occasions, the installers were incredibly polite, helpful and very efficient. Now you must understand, as a Londoner, that’s just not something we get to say very often. Zero damage to anything, in and out before you know it. Whoever runs manpower at Kaboodle deserves recognition and praise for doing it right by hiring right.

Joe and Brian did a fantastic job delivering our replacement Miele washing machine. They arrived promptly, installed the machine effortlessly and left no mess behind when they left. I was genuinely impressed with their excellent service.

WOW! Everything about Micah and Bradies service was excellent - good communication on arrival, efficient removal of our multi fuel old range cooker, seamless fitting of our new cooker and pleasant nature ( especially at 7-39am on a Friday!) excellent

Amazing service. Just installed my range cooker and both Paul and Marcus did an excellent job. Updated the gas pipe work so it’s meets the regs. Even set the time on the cooker, tested both the electric and gas before they left A star rating for kaboodle and thank you both Paul and Marcus Regards Maq

Micals and Bradie delivered a rangemaster cooker and removed an older version. They were friendly, organised, efficient and generally knew exactly what they were doing. We can't fault their service. Thank you!

*Do NOT trust this company to install* I bought a Miele Dishwasher on the 30th of November under the impression that it would be delivered and installed within 1 to maximum 2 weeks. It was organised through Kaboodle and when Miele delivered to them a few days after my purchase, I was told that they couldn't install until the 19th of December!! As there was nothing we could do, we waited patiently and washed everything by hand until the 19th of December when I called in the morning to confirm our appointment (and was told that we are booked in and it should be installed later that day). Great news! I have now received a call at 2:30pm by Imogen to tell me that the installation will not happen today AND WILL NOT BE DONE UNTIL AFTER CHRISTMAS!!! I asked why they couldn't deliver and install the following day and was told "because that would inconvenience other customers...". Well what about us? Are we not customers who have paid for this service? I was told that the installation guy is sick which I'm very sorry to hear but that doesn't excuse another 2 - 3 weeks of delay! Who will be installing the appliances tomorrow? Why can they not pay another technician extra to deliver on their confirmed orders when something like this happens? I wish I had never selected the installation option when I purchased my appliance. It would have saved me so much time. This company doesn't care about their customers and now our Christmas celebration will be affected because of it. The appliance will now be delivered without installation and I have to sort it out myself, thanks for nothing but wasted time Caboodle.
