“The person that came to collect my American fridge freezer this morning was MATT. He had to collect and return one huge fridge. He was very friendly and professional, he made me feel comfortable talking to him. I would have offered him coffee or tea if i had a fridge and milk but unfortunately had non. He was not a grumbler and he represented his company very well. I was watching him closely as he worked with his colleague, his demeanour was collected and cool. I would like to really say a big thank you to Matt. A job well done. Staff are usually forgotten in the process of job satisfaction but he and his colleague on the day were the STAR staff for me. Well done guys.”

“Wonderful service, my appliance (Dishwasher) was delivered and installed swiftly without any problems. Booking service was good and left messages and phoned me back when they said they would. The chaps delivering were really great, took all the packaging away and Kim made sure everything was working before he left. Gave me some tips too and explained what he was doing as he went along. Couldn't be happier.”

“Jordan R and Gary were amazing. Jordan 'phoned to say when they were arriving and surely turned up promptly. They introduced themselves and fitted our new rangemaster having taken our old one and all the packing material. They are a credit to your company! couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you!”

“I can’t fault the service I received today from Kaboodle at all. I received a phone message yesterday which gave me a rough estimate of delivery time and said that the installers would phone when they were half an hour away. They did! Jake and Mike arrived and got on with the job. They were friendly, they cleared up after themselves, they respected my kitchen area and when they left, if it wasn’t for the new dishwasher I wouldn’t have known they’d been. Five star service. Two nice guys. One happy customer. Thank you.”

“Very disappointed with the service. I bought a Miele fridge freezer direct and kaboodle was due to install it. First excuse was that they not receive the appliance from Miele I spoke to Miele and they said it had been dispatched. Two weeks later I got fed up and sent Miele an email asking about my fridge freezer. Few minutes later kaboodle rang to arrange an installation. On the day of installation I rang in the morning to confirm and the operator said that it will be installed today. At 10am I receive a call saying the installation will not take place due to unforeseen circumstances. The earliest they can do will be Friday pm. Not giving me a time as you can understand I have a child to pick up so the afternoon slot is no good for me. I have taken two day of work for the installation. Very very poor service”

“The driver notified me an hour before my delivery was to take place and arrived on time. Steve s and Steve M were very pleasant and helpful. They fitted my new cooker, removed the old one and took away the packaging from the new one, very pleased. Made them a coffee whilst they were doing the job, which the coffee would have been better if it was from a Tassimo. Great service.”

“Had to write a review, just had a SMEG range oven delivered and installed by Tony and Chris, excellent installation, re fitting gas pipes and wiring in, perfect gentlemen and a credit to Kaboodle. removed my old appliance in the rain without a moan in rough conditions. Would recommend this team and company and give it five stars.”

“Jordan R did a great job throughout. He notified me an hour before arrival so I could make sure everything ready. He dealt with problems quickly and efficiently and explained what he was doing. My questions about the process and the new cooker were all answered clearly with further information offered about what to expect and how to find out more. i was a little anxious about having a new cooker fitted and he made the event straightforward and easy to understand. He carefully checked and double checked everything. All in all, Jordan did a fine job and I highly recommend him. Thank you.”

“Just had Steve S & Steve M here to remove and fit a new gas oven. They worked quickly, professionally and we're very friendly guys. They took the time to run through how the new oven worked. They did a great job and I'm really pleased with the result.”
