“I had a dishwasher removed and a new one fitted on 15th November. The two guys who came to do this were brilliant. They were meticulous and thorough. It was not an easy job removing the old one and fitting the new but they did an amazing job. Felt was put down so the floor and the work surfaces were not damaged. They checked and double checked it was all secure and up and running before they left. Brilliant service - THANK YOU”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Steve M and Steve S were very helpful and made sure I was happy with their service. I was worried the door would not go on the Bosch dishwasher but they made sure it went on properly, as it should do. Also, gave me advice on care for the dishwasher using it for the first time.”

“Overall, very happy with the delivery and installation of our gas cooker, but… First off: the criticism. We were told we were going to be sent a text/email giving us a three-hour time slot for delivery the day before, and this never happened. So it was the usual wait-in-all-day-with-fingers-crossed scenario. (We did get a call a few minutes beforehand, though!) As for everything else, very, very happy. The two guys handling the installation, Kim and Leon, were friendly, efficient and thorough. They even explained everything going on (sometimes in jargon that went over our heads but we appreciated the effort). We were also fully briefed about what to do before using the oven to cook for the first time, and how to register the cooker online.”

“Steve S and Steve M were fantastic at installing and removing my old integrated dishwasher today. The job was very complicated and at one point they thought the only way to remove the old dishwasher would be to have to pull up the kitchen counter top, due to a bad installation of the appliance when the kitchen was put in many years ago. After much perseverance and effort they managed to get it out though with no damage to the kitchen. The job took them a lot longer as a result but they were very friendly and helpful throughout and I would definitely use them again. Thanks to both of them!”

“I had a new cooker fitted by Jordan R. He was very polite and did the job quickly and efficiently and left it tidy. He seemed to enjoy his job, took great care not to damage surrounding areas. It made a nice change from the usual miserable trade people that are not interested in the customers they are serving. Top marks to him.”

“Jordan R delivered and fitted our new range cooker today. I was concerned before his arrival that it may not go well, as we have an old cottage. I needn't have worried. He and his assistant were professional and polite. Jordan was very thorough, explaining all the steps of installation, double checking all fittings were correct, and he cleaned up afterwards! He showed me how the range cooker worked, how to pre-heat and clean. Thank you Jordan R.”
