“Delayed delivery of remittance from the expected date without notification. It lasts more than 2 days. If you will not cal them, they will not notify you.”

“easy to send money but it takes a day or 2 for family to receive the money. it used to be less than an hour. the only thing im not sending to another company yet because i trusted kabayan remit for quite sometime now. other company has lower fee and higher rate. maybe next time i will try them too.”

“Accessible anytime via net though at times they cheat. there are times when the exchange rate goes high in the afternoon they don't change it but when it goes down expect them to change it.”

Hello po! Thank you for your review. Please note that we change our rate same time everyday around 12PM and 8PM on weekdays and around 10AM and 5PM on weekends. This solely depends on world's trade market and we can't change it at other times po.
