“They would commit to remitting the next banking day in the Philippines but would actually take 3-4 days (or longer, depending on whether you made a complaint), without any explanation or apologies.”

“I have rated Kabayan only acceptable, since this year, half of my remittances had a problem and only about half went smoothly. If I didn't encountered more than 2, I wound have rate it good. Thank you”

“Whilst it is very convenient to send money online using the Kabayan remit app or through the internet browser, I noticed that recently, it will take about 24 hours before the money you sent can be collected compared to before where the funds are available in just a matter of minutes.”
