“It always takes forever for the transfer to be credited to my mibile wallet. Regardless of the amount. 😭”

“My experience was terrible, my daughter and my son, sent a big amount (P125,000 each, total of P250,000), they canceled without any notice, no email no text, my family back home waited for a week for the money but didn't arrived, my kids checked their transaction after 6 days, that's how they saw that their transaction was canceled, Imagine for 6 days, they if my kids didn't checked our money, they are using it for their benefit, we sent the money for emergency purposes but they canceled without any notice, we work hard to earn money here in Canada and we'll lose it for this company! I'm so very upset. So no more Kabayan remit for me. This is a fraud!”

There were no cancellations recorded for these transactions. “Almost perfect for me is this app. I’m happy that they now have Gcash as means to send money. However, the system can still improve by using QR codes in sending Gcash. I have a Gcash app registered with a Canadian number, not PH number so using QR codes is the only way for me to send to my Gcash account”

We'll always do our best to deliver your money to your loved ones as quickly as possible. Transfers below Php 50,000 are usually delivered within an hour. However, larger transfers take 1-2 banking days, as sometimes we need to conduct additional checks or banks may take longer to process (please note that weekends are not included).
