“Receipt says, funds should be available in an hour. It’s been 9 hours past and funds are not credited to their account in the Phil yet. Two agents told me, it should be in their account already. They have to request for POD from the Philippines…. Send it to me… then I send it to my receiver…. Then go to a teller…. It’s a lot of work to do and funds are for emergency. For sure my last to do a transaction with them!”

“I have been using this remittance since I started using mobile app for sending money back home. “Good service but low exchange rates,and no loyalty reward for users just like me, every week i am sending money using this apps. So it must be equivalent to 3 referrals..waiting for rewards still…if not maybe i will switch to another remittance.😊”
