“It is very prostrating sometimes especially if it’s emergency,I’ve been sending money for how many years using your company only now I in counters this problem also I’ve been here in Canada for 36 yrs I never experienced like this, anyhow I appreciate all your staff they are very responsive and patience answering and helping me. Once again thank you”

“We’re very satisfied on remittances we made on a credit to account mode but for cash collection thru your partner like M.Lhuillier, Palawan it’s not ok as they always collect an insurance fee which is quite vague, insurance for what?”

Please note that the insurance fee on your cash collection is optional. You can inform your teller that you do not require insurance with your remittance. However, larger transfers take longer, as sometimes we need to conduct additional checks or banks may take longer to process. “I talked to several representatives and still unable to verify my account even after multiple attempts of uploading my valid IDs. Support team is not helpful.”

“Change your cash out menu that is accessible to every remittance institution so the receiver can pick it up anywhere at any cash out remittence offices.They just present the receipt to any remittance offices and get the money without declining that the name of the pick up office is not theirs… so they have to go to the designated remittance office to get the money (example PALAWAN just go to palawan, can’t claim it to CEBUANA) accdg to kabayan, can pick up to any of these pick up instution but NO they don’t honor it!!!”

If your preferred pickup location is unable to service your remittance, please note that your receiver can also claim the funds at other payout centers. These include M. Lhuillier, LBC, Cebuana, Pera Hub, PSBANK, RD Pawnshop, Robinson Department Store, Tambunting, Villarica, or any Metrobank branch. Please remind the receiver to mention Metrobank as our remittance partner when claiming the funds. We are coordinating with our partner remittance center to resolve this matter.
