“I’ve been using Kabayan Remit for so long and it was Asenso Remit before.It was very fast transaction before but now it always give me stress.Imagine 3 hours created and paid the transaction but no update!”

“I've been a customer since the Kabayan Remit was called Asenso Remit. I've sent 50,000+ last March 27th, then I notice that it takes two days for them to send if its 50k up. The next day, I called them to just cancel it or just split it in half it they could, they said no. I called them again and was told they'd just prioritize it, and it'd be sent by Monday in the Philippines. Up until now, it hasn't been sent. I called three times already”
