“Hmmm it's convenient but many times I sent money there are times my husband doesn't receive it until the next day. That was disappointing because that's the time he needs money and that happens. Also, i wish the points doesn't expire because we deserve it to use because we send money back home so it shouldn't expire instead the options should just keep saving the points it helps a bit when you send money.”

“Not really happy about the point system that it is expiring. I have been in Kabayan for a long time and sending monthly. By the time it reaches the point where I can already reach the qualifying points to have percentage off the sending fee, my points are already gone because it expires. A little bit of suggestion, at least lower down the qualifying point a little so the long term consistent customer like me has something in return from you for consolation.”
