“Very quick manufacture and delivery of 2 windows and a very small custom sized door ( under 2 weeks). Not had time to fit yet but all items look a good quality.”

“although my wife was in waiting to take delivery it was my neighbor that took delivery and signed for it we are not sure what happened, the product seems to be of good quality i have not fitted it yet so can not comment on usability but should be in place within the next two weeks. Regards Mr Adams.”

“Workmen arrived promptly and despite my mistake when ordering were very pleasant and understanding. They installed my door well even giving the new wooden surround an undercoat of paint. They tidied up well after the installation. I am very pleased with my new door which is excellent value for money. Sandra, near Castle Douglas”

“The door was easy to order (with a minor and easily rectified slight billing issue). Customer service was very good indeed. The door arrived on time with very good communications before hand. It was well packaged and the right size with all the necessary bits as ordered. It has taken a bit of time to settle and some instructions on how to adjust it would have been a welcome addition. It's needed a couple of tweaks here and there over the weeks to make sure it shuts smoothly and doesn't catch but I managed to figure out how to do that worth a little trial and error. I would day that the fitting kit I purchased wasn't the same value for money as the door was and I ended up buying fixing bolts to replace the quite weedy ones in the kit. The spacers were similarly fairly useless and a trip to the diy store was needed and left the majority of the (rather expensive) fitting kit, unused in favour of better, cheaper parts. Apart from that, the door looks good, was a simple purchase and was a pleasant buying experience with good customer service.”

“I purchased a french doors to fit our garden cabin. Standard doors were too big but they were able to make them to the size I required and a very good price. Excellent delivery time also.”

“I placed my order over a weekend, and as detailed they contacted me promptly on Monday morning to confirm the survey, which is on exactly the day & time I had requested. So far, very good. Will have to see how the case progresses”

We do understand waiting in for a delivery is frustrating, and we would like to point out that if customers call us on the morning of delivery we can contact the driver to get an indication of arrival time which can be useful. “Window as stated, well delivered and product of a good quality, did not see an option for equalised windows, might of missed it but would be good to have this option. Generally very pleased.”
