“The window was of good quality but i wish you could have had a 125mm sill as the 85mm option which i received was too small and the other option 150mm would have been too big apart from this i am happy with my purchase from value doors”

“Good service but upon delivery found the product to be somewhat lacking in protective packing. Only 2 of the hinges and the handle were protected! As a novice at DIY, fitting instructions would have been very helpful.”

“To start, the website was very easy to use. Instructions were very clear and the fact that you obtained an instant quotation was brilliant. There were one or two minor details that needed sorting out on the phone, but it was a very simple process. Every time I phoned I spoke to a real person, not a machine. Once all the details were cleared and the order finalised I received the product very quickly (about a week). There was one minor hitch with the delivered product; one of the glazing panels was not the correct size, however this was quickly resolved over the phone and a replacement part was quickly dispatched. Every time I phoned I spoke to the same person, who was able to deal with the issue quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the quality of the product and the price that I paid.”

“Product was very good value for money, and the fitters were first class in both fitting the unit, and leaving the area clean and tidy. On the negative I would have like a little more communication regarding confirmation of installation, but would recommend and use again if I have any future requirements.”

“Service and advice from Chris in the sales dept was very good, he couldn't have been more helpful. Tuffnells your couriers seemed not so careful, the packaging was open, the front hardboard panel was off, luckily the door seems fine but it has yet to be hung. I am happy with the colour and quality of the door and wouldn't hesitate to recommend your company to friends, please just get the couriers sorted out even if the postcode was wrong, they did have my address to google or maybe they should be supplied with old fashioned A-Z of their area.”

“We have just had our bi-fod doors fitted and must say we are (at this intial stage) very happy with them. Obviously as time goes on we will see how the slidig function continues to work and also how they perform with energy efficiency, but on the face of it very good value for money doors.”
