“Very polite on the telephone service and quick to do the survey The survey let me know when he was coming very quick and efficient and friendly But they do take along time after payment to install the doors about 4 weeks after I had to pay as you pay the full amount beforehand”

“Delivery information could be better. A purchase of Windows from another supplier was much better on delivery timescales - the lorry gave out satellite info regarding its position every 15 minutes thus enabling me to organise my day. Installation instructions could be much better - there was none delivered with the product. With my Window purchase, I received a free pack of spacers, screws and installation instructions but not with this door. Luckily I am a fairly competent DIYer.”

“Really easy ordering process. Cannot give a full review as still waiting for my door to be fitted however all the staff I have dealt with by phone have been excellent and really helped with the ordering process.”

“The door is exactly what I ordered. It is sturdy and was easy for my workman to install. The fixing kit was extremely useful. The only negative part of the process was delivery. I received an email telling which day it would be delivered. There was no option to change the day as the company only deliver in my area on that day and there was an expectation that someone would be available between 8am and 5pm to sign for delivery. I am in the fortunate position of having parents who will do this for me so that I did not have to take time off work. Not everyone is in this position.”

“A slightly longer wait than initially expected but told it was because i picked a prestige colour. The door well worth the wait, and was kept well informed about the delivery date. So far would recommend.”

“The ordering of the doors was simple on the well-organized website. The date for the survey confirmed and the surveyor was courteous and talked over the fitting very efficiently. There was a little delay in fixing a date for the fitting, but the two guys who did the job were extremely efficient,tidy and explained what they were going to do and asked if I had any questions. The whole job took about two hours and I am extremely pleased with the doors and the job they did. I would certainly recommend the company and would use them again.”

“Good product for price, didn't like that on 2200 mm height that appear to have used a 2100mm with a frame spacer, this means I'm left with quite a lot of white frame showing on the inside .”

Hi Paul, Thanks for your order. We are a little confused about this as the frames are made to measure. Any frame extensions (add-on's) are only used if specified on the order. Kind Regards Just Value Doors

“Never having fitted a door before I finally decided to go for it Ordered back door with top half leaded glass matrix Door arrived a day ahead of schedule - good service Leaded glass was a slightly discoloured in sections Be careful when ordering that you do follow measurement instructions as once ordered there is no human reconfirmation to discus the order (as JUST DOORS do) The door arrived with bottom panel and upper glass separate These had to be fitted after door was installed and found this particularly difficult - there is certainly a knack to this - perhaps an instruction leaflet may help here Had a small problem with top roller fitting into its allocated slot when door closed but fixed this Assuming the 'brick to brick' surfaces require no work the complete door installation can be completed within the day but easier with two people - probably manage it myself now if ever there was ever a another need All in all - now looks pretty good and a fairly enjoyable experience”
