“Product good, after sales very poor, damaged goods were not replaced but the did offer to replace at a full cost. also a week late on delivery. I wont be recommending this co..”

Hi Tony, I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment. I have taken a look into your order and can see you reported there are scratches visible on the glass, however this was not reported until 4 weeks after the delivery was made. I'm afraid we must make it clear that damages should be reported on the day of delivery and before installation. Kindest Regards Just Value Doors

“Never having fitted a door before I finally decided to go for it Ordered back door with top half leaded glass matrix Door arrived a day ahead of schedule - good service Leaded glass was a slightly discoloured in sections Be careful when ordering that you do follow measurement instructions as once ordered there is no human reconfirmation to discus the order (as JUST DOORS do) The door arrived with bottom panel and upper glass separate These had to be fitted after door was installed and found this particularly difficult - there is certainly a knack to this - perhaps an instruction leaflet may help here Had a small problem with top roller fitting into its allocated slot when door closed but fixed this Assuming the 'brick to brick' surfaces require no work the complete door installation can be completed within the day but easier with two people - probably manage it myself now if ever there was ever a another need All in all - now looks pretty good and a fairly enjoyable experience”

“I cannot rate this as the doors have not yet been fitted, however I am not very happy with the service so far. I was given to understand that my doors would be fitted within two weeks of the survey, I have now been informed that my doors will not be fitted until the 22nd October which is four weeks. If I had known this I would have ordered elsewhere.”

“Ordering a made to measure window to fit above our glass door was a necessity as we live in an old stone built house. It wasn't a standard size! A search on the internet found Just Value DOors and it was very easy to find the product we wanted - enter the sizes and specify frosted glass and for just over £100. The window arrived (in two parts - the surround and glazed unit. Delivery was fast and on time with a very helpful delivery chap! Only down side was he didn't fit it! Haha! Would highly recommend this company.”

“Staff were very helpful with the measurements needed for a good fit as I was replacing an existing door in a upvc enclosures--the new doors arrived as scheduled and I fitted them easily.They look good and work well.”
