“I only ordered one window, just to see how things went i have to admit, I was very impressed with the communication and product its as good as anything ive purchased in the past and the driver was extreamly helpful and friendly i will be back again”

“Ordering and delivery very good. Door is now fitted but in heavy rain and wind, water is forced between the bottom of the door and the sealing strip.”

Hi L Millard, Thanks for your order and I'm sorry to hear of this issue. It's certainly not normal for water to be leaking through in anyway and this would indicate an underlying issue with the door or installation. “Purchased a set of French Doors with side panels either side. Arrived no problem about three weeks from ordering and delivery driver was courteous. The frame and doors were in one piece and therefore quite heavy so It was essential to assist the driver in carrying the product to the back garden. This is made clear when ordering though so just something to bear in mind if ordering larger items. The doors are now installed and I'm very happy with the quality. They are well made, sturdy and look very stylish. Communication with the company was excellent with emails replied to and samples sent out very quickly. Would recommend Just Value doors and would use them again.”

“We recently had a composite door fitted. We specifically chose a company which belongs to the industry trading body, FENSA. Our house is quite old and so the shape and frame of the door were unusual but Chris Langley and his team at Justvaluedoors could not have been more helpful and patient with me and my questions. The after service was great, too. I really got the feeling that Chris wanted me to be satisfied with what I had bought. Excellent.”

“The ordering of the doors was simple on the well-organized website. The date for the survey confirmed and the surveyor was courteous and talked over the fitting very efficiently. There was a little delay in fixing a date for the fitting, but the two guys who did the job were extremely efficient,tidy and explained what they were going to do and asked if I had any questions. The whole job took about two hours and I am extremely pleased with the doors and the job they did. I would certainly recommend the company and would use them again.”

“Booking process was great, Really like the website which allowed me to pick exactly what I wanted with particular options, and the final price calculated. A surveyor visit followed to check measurements etc which happened quite quickly. The door supplied appears to be of qood quality. However, it is difficult to lock and the cat flap I ordered doesn't work properly as it is not square in the hole. Justvaluedoors farmed this out to a company called Evander who are an appalling company to deal with. Finally got them to agree to come back and fix the issues - which should have been checked before the fitters left on the original visit. Justvaluedoors themselves seem a decent company to deal with, but they contract the work to Evander and you have to deal with them...they are rubbish. They don't respond to phonecalls or emails and I only got a response to the issues mentioned above because Justavaluedoors got involved.”
