“Still awaiting delivery of the door, I did however contact just doors on 3 occasions during the specification and ordering process and I spoke to 3 different members of staff all of which were extremely helpful, I can't speak of the product quality until my order is received but 10 out of 10 for customer service so far.”

“Just created new order having used you before. I was ordering double glazing units. If ordering more than 1 of different sizes but one of the dimensions is the same, the web order for requires you to re-enter BOTH numbers. This is not quite intuitive but I worked it out. Otherwise, you're the best.”

“The pre sale advice has been really helpful in making decisions on heritage doors and I appreciate the time taken. I am looking forward to my new balcony doors and am confident that they will be good quality and as ordered based on my previous experience of ordering a window.”
