“The ordering of the doors was simple on the well-organized website. The date for the survey confirmed and the surveyor was courteous and talked over the fitting very efficiently. There was a little delay in fixing a date for the fitting, but the two guys who did the job were extremely efficient, tidy and explained what they were going to do and asked if I had any questions. The whole job took about two hours and I am extremely pleased with the doors and the job they did. I would certainly recommend the company and would use them again.”

“Booking process was great, Really like the website which allowed me to pick exactly what I wanted with particular options, and the final price calculated. A surveyor visit followed to check measurements etc which happened quite quickly. The door supplied appears to be of qood quality. However, it is difficult to lock and the cat flap I ordered doesn't work properly as it is not square in the hole. Justvaluedoors farmed this out to a company called Evander who are an appalling company to deal with. Finally got them to agree to come back and fix the issues - which should have been checked before the fitters left on the original visit. Justvaluedoors themselves seem a decent company to deal with, but they contract the work to Evander and you have to deal with them...they are rubbish. They don't respond to phonecalls or emails and I only got a response to the issues mentioned above because Justavaluedoors got involved.”

“Good product for price, didn't like that on 2200 mm height that appear to have used a 2100mm with a frame spacer, this means I'm left with quite a lot of white frame showing on the inside .”

Hi Paul, Thanks for your order. We are a little confused about this as the frames are made to measure. Any frame extensions (add-on's) are only used if specified on the order. Kind Regards Just Value Doors

Hi Tony, I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment. I have taken a look into your order and can see you reported there are scratches visible on the glass, however this was not reported until 4 weeks after the delivery was made. I'm afraid we must make it clear that damages should be reported on the day of delivery and before installation. Kindest Regards Just Value Doors
